All,
I've recently added a few things to the North American Native Iris
web site at
http://molly.hsc.unt.edu/~rbarton/Iris/NANI.html
The additions include:
*new photos of I. fulva (a mass planting), I. tridentata, and I
versicolor,
*sources for species iris (the No. Am. Natives offered are listed
where known),
*links to plant check lists for some individual states (see the
distribution list), and
* photos of other species iris and some miscellaneous iris photos,
some of which has been discussed on iris-l (I. graminea, I.
orentalis, I. japonica, ROY DAVIDSON and more)
I would appreciate any new or better photos of the natives or other
species that you would care to supply. I'll scan and pay postage.
Coming soon: How to photograph irises.
