I am finally persuaded by Ann's remarks that I will only see Graeme
Grosvenor's book if I order it directly.  A fax went out a couple of
minutes ago!  I do find it hard, however, to buy something where the
price is fixed and competition is banned. Having spent some weeks on
holiday in Australia during the airline pilots'strike, I would have
thought that price fixing would be illegal downunder!
