OT: uninterpretable lines and lines of code

Is it just my equipment or software--or are all the other subscribers able
to interpret lines and lines of text/code that are part of these postings,
particularly those from or forwarded by "Nicki Shay"

Are these supposed to come out as graphics or pictures?  Are all of you
receiving this?  If no one else can make them out either....
