diconnect help

It says to unsubscribe to send to listserv@rt66.com and put unsubscribe iris-l
in the main body and your name. I have been trying that for a week now and am
still getting all this mail. I need off for some repair and reprogramming. I
can understand how a person could frustrated. If anyone has help I would
appreciate it.
