english, dutch in MICH

Can anyone advise how english and dutch iris do in southern Mich?  I
gather from what Bill Shear said that it might be a bit too dry and hot
for English and a bit too cool and damp for Dutch, but comments would be
appreciated.  Beth Metty, Munith MI Zone 5-4
