Yes, this is indeed good news, now we must convince Carol Warner of Draycott
Gardens and others to do the same thing!
I have in fact, written her to request that she consider doing this as there is
definitely a substantial increase in the survivability of Springtime Siberian
transplants verses Autumn planting in our climatic area. (Southern Ontario)
