ADMIN: Archives

From: John I Jones <jijones@ix.netcom.com>

Just FYI, the Mallorn search engine for the iris-talk archives was down for
about 14 hours but is now back up again.

He is now on a DSL line so access and response times should be much better.

The archives are a great resource for finding information. Certainly never
hesitate to ask a question of the list. One never knows if the new person on
the list that was not there for the previous discussion on a subject might
just have the answer you were looking for. By the same token, some comments in
the archives made by previous listers that are no longer subscribers might be
just the thing you need to hear.

iris-talk archives can be found at:

http://www.mallorn.com/lists/iris-talk/

and iris-photos archive at:

http://www.mallorn.com/lists/iris-photos/

Both archives are open to anybody, not just subscribers to the list.
