This is my second year with I. lazica (supposedly very similar to
unguicularis but more cold tolerant) and I recently divided the plant
from its pot, putting half in the ground and repotting the other half.
It's gotten down to 15 F a couple of times since October, but the
foliage looks great. When should I expect to see blooms? Does it need
extra fertilizer, less light, nitrogen, lime, warmth? It's planted
where my morning 'wake up' lights shine out the window on it, so it is
not getting super short days - ~ 15 hrs "day" light.

I missed most of the tv coverage, but shared a small bonfire with some
friends under a crystal clear, dark night sky, enjoying the stars,
comfortably warm, till the local booms and bottle rockets went off.
