	Weather is indeed strange this year. We have had only 3 days
	below zero F and we had an earthquake yesterday afternoon. I
	guess an earthquake is technically not weather but the balmy
	day yesterday was and the ice storm following on its heels.
	Now, balmy here means above freezing - like high 30s F.

	I could only look out on my heaving nameplates and couldn't
	go out since I foolishly sprained my back and have to walk
	like a tin soldier for the past four days. Bending is out
	of the question. Besides the ground does not cooperate - it
	is damnably frozen except for the first 2 inches and NO
	irises are heaving, yet.

	I need Chris H. with his bricks....
