Judy and all who have asked what they can do to help,
What the community really needs is money donations. Anyone wanting
to donate may send checks to: The Salvation Army, P.O. Box 943, Owensboro,
Ky. 42303; or The American Red Cross, 1650 W. Second St.,
Owensboro, Ky. 42301.
There were a number of apartment buildings hit and most renters don't
carry insurance, and these people lost everything!! We have hundreds
of helpers coming from out of town that not only need shelter they have to be
fed too!
