Kathy, the actual photo was taken outside. I sent it
to a friend who is a web artist to ask her if she
could use it to make a splash logo for the index page
of a website. She used Paint Shop Pro to create the
background. I don't know how you could duplicate that
for a presentation photo. You might consider using
draped velvet in a color that would enhance the color
of the iris you were photographing, but it would have
to be done inside. The actual outdoor photo of the
iris is directly below the PSP jpeg on the webpage I
sent.
