Jeanne, this is just a tip re shingles - I had a friend susceptible to 
shingles and she felt coffee - or cokes - aggravated shingles as it hovered 
in the background, so to speak and would bring them on .  She would eliminate 
the drink from her diet for a while and the shingles would not materialize.   
I don't know how scientific this can be!!!  Rosalie nr Baltimore - shivering 
in the extremely low temps for here, plus snow in the forecast off and on all
