HYB: HIST: rims, oops - 'dominant' recessives

Oh gee whiz - I'm going to HAVE to learn to think before I 'talk' one of
these days. Talk about a dumb question! I asked whether the 'recessive
amoena' pattern in SHAH JEHAN & WABASH was dominant. Duh.

So let's just pretend I meant to ask whether or not the pattern in SHAH
JEHAN is dominant and something other than the recessuve amoena pattern
in WABASH.

These are the 'umbrata' patterned irises that go back to SHAH JEHAN. At
first glance, these only have one side of the family tree with that
pattern: BRISTO MAGIC, LATIN LOVER, CAMEO WINE, CRIMSON SNOW, ECSTATIC
ECHO, WINE AND ROSES, LADIN LADY, MAGHAREE, RINGO, SWEETER THAN WINE,
LIAISON, SNOW PEACH. But I guess that doesn't necessarily mean the
pattern is dominant, if it is combining with recessives 'hidden' in
other branches of the tree.

I forgot to mention that MEXICO also shows up in a few pedigrees.
