Hi, I just joined your iris group because iris are my favorite of all
my flowers. I only have about 50 named TB iris and a couple of dwarf
ones. I will have more in the spring if the new ones make it threw
the already horrible winter. I do have a list of my iris and can
attach it to an email and would like to trade some of them this
coming summer if anyone would be interested just email me. I have
lots of flowerbeds as I had 110 tons of topsoil dumped in the front
yard in the last 2 years and had to move most of it because the truck
could not put it where I wanted it. Good exercise! I do want to
learn from all of you more about iris. One thing I have learned about
living in Ky. and having iris is you have to spray them with Cygon if
you don't want the borers to get in them! Found that out the hard
way! I do start the rest of all my flowers from seed in my basement
under shop lights, no greenhouse. Looking forward to learning from
you!
