John, I was, in no way denigrating the data base. I think it is a great idea
and a great opportunity. As much as I enjoy and use computer technology, I
do think we've not seen the last of paper! I suppose, for someone not
familiar with the paper version of the R & I's, the data base will be much
faster. I can only speak for me.
Oh, yes. The day I had problems--I could get to the site but the only record
it would show me was SUGAR BLUES . . . an iris I'd like to get back, but not
what I was looking for.
John, I didn't mean to step on toes. Everyone is doing a great job. I
simply meant to suggest alternatives.
