AKA Fortnight Lilies, since (when happy) they bloom every two weeks or
so.
This irid looks quite a bit like a "real" iris (unlike crocus
and gladiolus, for example), and is therefore quite attractive
(not that the others aren't). Mostly white, with some linear
purple markings and a yellow signal.
Here they are plant-and-forget--no care needed.
