Dear Vicki ,
Perhaps, I am not the best person to advise you on yahoo, but it seems
to me that you can get the messages & receive them, but you are not
registered & cannot change your preferences if you should want to leave town &
not get the messages for a while or wish to get them in another form as in
digest form, then you would need to register & answer the questions.
