Dorothea is an IB introduced by Caparne in 1901. It is listed as B3L - a
light blue bitone/bicolor. No mention is made in the '39 Check List about
its reblooming ability/capability.

provide a start for his collection of historics) and BTW Mother Nature
tried - but unsuccessfully - to provide a white mulch. It lasted all of
about 3 minutes.
