Cult: Germination Burrito Method

Hi Everybody,

I'm anxiously watching my flats for any signs of 
germination and was wondering how long it should usually 
take. (I see that some take as long as two years)

I used the toilet tank/burrito method keeping the seeds in 
the fridge for 3 months.   I planted them three weeks ago.  
They didn't have roots yet, so maybe I didn't leave them in 
there long enough.

I probably should have just planted them outside, it 
certainly gets cold enough here, but I was hoping to give 
them a little head start and maybe cut down on the time 
before I get some to bloom.
