Hello Laetitia,
If they are planted in a well drained area there shouldn't be much problem.
If they aren't you may want to take some preemptive steps.  Applying a
fungicide and copper can prevent various types of rot.  If you have had a
tremendous amount of rain you should probably take these steps even if they
are well drained.  Good luck!
