To me, the 'E" proposal of getting permission to quote from FL is
the best of John's proposals. Granting permission before you
quote, as I said earlier, was my intent in the post I made on
Saturday. I did not realize all of the ramifications and
interpretations the post would take, but I am pleased to learn of
others' ideas on the subject.
I learned a lot from Mr. Plank's interpretation of the law on this
subject. Thank him for us, John.
I don't think this thread has been one of 'beating a dead horse,' or
throwing a baby out in bath water' as has been said. We are
learning about the use of our words on the screen which we
previously hadn't discussed in such detail.
