Not being well-versed in the scientific tater growing world, I
decided to throw some of my potato PEELINGS in the ground and
see what would happen last year. Well, we had potatoes galore
for months and they had good taste and we like potatoes in this
house. These were mostly big 'chef's' potatoes (easier to peel
:-) and don't know the origins...probably Idaho.
