REB: rebloom reports

I am not a member of RIS. At this time I do not wish to join. I do have some
that do reboom and have had seedlings that rebloom. I am taking care of a
reginal ( for 2004)  guest bed and had some rebloom there this year. None of
these that did were in the report on the RIS web page. From Ohio.

Do I have to be a member to report these reblooms? Whom do I report them to if
I choose to?  I have seeds planted this fall from reblooming SDB's. I have
seedlings  and named iris that could rebloom next year.
