Iris Database

Hello Everyone,

A couple years back I developed an iris database. Last year I had made some
improvements to it but I didn't post that I had updated it to a new version.
For those who are beginning to take irises seriously you can download this
free database at one of my websites.

I enjoy developing databases and as I was trying to get all my new irises
catalogued I developed this. I forgot to post it on this list simply
because people who have been on some of the other lists and who have visited
the Arizona Iris site would have found a link to it there.

I haven't incorporated seedlings into this database, but you can have two
different folders (each with it's own copy) have one for Irises and then
extract it a second time in a folder called seedlings. You are able to
rename the main database itself in the folder so when you put a shortcut
anywhere it will link up approrpiately. I don't know the breeding of irises
as well as many people here, so this was my first attempt at making a
database for it. I like this application because the find function is VERY
superior to many other databases that I've worked in.

If you do end up using it, please let me know of any changes or improvements
you think would be beneficial.
