When I read Bob's post on iris-photos (which really should be reposted 
here in full for everyone to read), I had the exact same reaction Linda 
expressed above.  I like cultivar names to be typed in all caps for 
casual discussions such as on the iris-related mailing lists and forums, 
because all caps are easier to scan for visually in a block of text.  
However, I also think it's advisable for the AIS to adhere to the 
standard horticultural convention of placing cultivar names in single 
quotes as in 'Honky Tonk Blues' for all official AIS publications.
