REB:Recorder
Hi All!
I've just received my copy of the Recorder. I guess it was the move, anyway,
Robin hand addressed a copy for me. Such a sweetheart! Truly.
I'm shameless and now I'm going to really embarrass myself! I read not one,
but two comments about SUMMER RADIANCE! I am so thrilled to see it is being
grown in Nebraska. And it seems to be happy. It received limited
distribution and I despaired of it being seen by many. To further complicate matters, I
didn't introduce it as a rebloomer. It is a repeat bloomer here.
If LeRoy Meininger is on this list? SR will put up a bunch of new increases
and do the same thing again next year! It looks like it's blooming out but it
isn't.
It's been like that favorite child that you hope someone will notice . . .
then it happens. Out of the blue, it is reported by Leonard and Katie Jedlicka.
Not just reported as reblooming . . . ta da . . . on their list of "best
rebloom performances" and as a favorite!
I'll go now . . . <face is red>
