both show ordering info in the Oct 2004 AIS Bulletin pages 109 and 111 for
old
Bulletins. Our own club library has had many donations from older members
"cleaning house" so you might put out a request in your local/Regional
newsletter.

You can usually get those for the cost of picking them up.
