When I re-read my comment, I realize that I have blinders on and am quite
biased towards Bearded Iris, even with wild species.  I was thinking
entirely of Bearded Iris when I wrote that.  There are lots of other groups
and species of Iris where the "rose" color can be seen, I just wasn't
including them in my thought processes at the time.
