This is quite true.? Many years ago, my first to have seedlings in bloom, I presented an educational exhibit showing both parents and an assortment of the children.? It was a plicata x amoena cross and the children were extremely diverse.? Very educational.?
The public loved it.? They were asking all the visiting judges if it was possible that all these different seedlings could come from the parents I exhibited!?
An English Box could be an excellent way to display the children

We use English boxes in the shows in St Louis. Usually
there is some sort of agreed upon theme. Nonetheless
there is no reason that an exhibit of seedlings could
not be done. It would not compete in the class of a
particular theme but could certainly make an
interesting educational exhibit. These types of
exhibits usually get rosettes, much nicer then just a
blue ribbon. Colorful, beautiful educatonal exhibits
can may a show much more interesting.
