Hi Tom Waters,
 
Thank ou for your explanation of the voting of awards in the
AIS. I knew the system was flawed, but I did not know how. Now I know. Any
organization with intelligent members should come up with a system more fair
and more logical than this system. No wonder the AIS is losing members. All
the more reason to ignore iris that have received AIS awards.
