Chuck, it was in a post I made Thursday at 12:45 (approximately). I don't believe there was any additional information in the post. << 'Cordoba' X 'Summer Radiance' gave all orange. (planted 15 or so) SR is out of 'Hindenburg' X 'Lemon Reflection' so it would be one half orange--genetically.>> (slight modification to post) (Another 3 to bloom this spring.)
I've made several crosses with 'Summer Radiance' which is 'Lemon Reflection X Hindenburg.' Other crosses include 'Pure As Gold' & 'Sunblaze.' They all produced the same color as SR with one copper seedling from 'Sunblaze.'

If SR was only halforange, and orange is two full recessives, then you would have lostorange in all but a tiny fraction of seedlings.> 'Cordoba' X 'Summer Radiance' gave all orange. (planted 15 or so) SR is out of 'Hindenburg' X 'Lemon Reflection.' One half orange.I wouldn't, if I were you! ;-)> I'm happy to accept your conclusions.Linda Mann east TN---------------------------------------------------------------------To sign-off this list, send email to majordomo@hort.net with themessage text UNSUBSCRIBE IRIS--------------------------------------------------------------------- To sign-off this list, send email to majordomo@hort.net with themessage text UNSUBSCRIBE IRIS
