I think that every computer program is different, but most have the standard
capability to copy, cut & paste. I just hilight the portion of text I want to
reuse and select copy from my main menu. Then I use the reply to sender button
which gives me a new message box into which I 'paste' what I copied from the
letter I was replying to.
