SIGNA seeds

That's a great idea. The best way I know to find out whether seeds are
germinating because of a new treatment or in spite of it!

As for the seeds from SIGNA, I have no special advice. Maybe someone else will.
Many species germinate quite well without the special conditioning. I just
happen to work mostly with wide crosses and the aril species, which have a
well-deserved reputation for being somewhat persnickety.
