BRAD: I am always on the lookout for the really hardy irises, to use in the
reblooming line. When an iris is pregnant in the fall, it is in a dangerous
position. Generally the CA rebloomers are the worst to use, (most likely to
have troubles). However, there are good exceptions. I like to see the variety
go semi-dormant in the fall. Those with a lot of I meospotamica in them try
to grow all winter long; wrong for this climate, even though I am fairly far
