A perfect example of climatic differences: I have heard of Silverado

point-scored at 100! (For the mathematicians among you, that's
amazement,
not 100 factorial).
Bill Maryott planted a row of S. and was amazed to see the public walk
past
clump after perfect clump of it to gawk at single blooms of Bengal Tiger
or
other "poor" garden plants.
