Could the "footprint" be outlined for us here?? Mike Moller?? would you do
this?? Then we can begin to see if a local or Regional group has the
ability to make a test garden. There would need to be a larger umbrella
such as a Botanical Gardens, or Horticultural School, I'd imagine,
both of which are near Buffalo, NY. and a source of funding..
But other than money and space, how was the Loomis Test Garden set up?
Goals, procedure, paperwork??
