New Member

Hello, My name is Margaret Booth, I am a new member of the iris list.  I live
in Nebraska, zone 5.  I am a total novice at growing irises.  I understand
the concept of different species but that is about it.  My interest in irises
began a couple of years ago when my husband brought home a couple of irises
he found growing at the site of a no longer existing  farmstead.  We Planted
them and the next year they bloomed.  They are a beautiful blue with a
wonderful fragrance.  I assume since the house at which they were growing is
gone they must be many years old.  I wonder what kind they are?  Any ideas?
