I would think this is something you could discuss with the membership
chairperson, Marilyn Harlow. She can be reached by email at
<103262.1512@compuserve.com>. I know the normal post is quite slow. It
usually takes at least 3 weeks extra just to get to Canada (right next
door!) I can't imagine how long it takes to get all the way to the UK.
