And Linda certainly agrees with that, ad nauseum. Our local AIS affiliate
(well, me anyway) approached the University of Tennessee ornamental trial
gardens in Knoxville about establishing a regional iris trial planting there.
We were told that amongst our club members, we have a bigger and better
trial garden than they could hope to have. The problem is getting the
systematic observations and sharing them with others. It will probably take
forever, as slow as I am getting things done, but my intention is to
eventually get information from most of our club members on varieties they
have tried to grow and results. As those of you who have asked me to send
things can attest, I am sloooow getting things done.
