Dennis, this question is easy to answer. Look at the number of votes it took
THORNBIRD to win. THORNBIRD won with 50 votes! lst runner up got only 4
fewer votes, and third runner up got only 5 fewer votes. So less than 10% of
the votes can determine the Wister. Clarence Mahan in VA
