Just thought I ought to clarify my original comment about crosses
between Schreiner's intros giving a large proportion of dogs.  The folks
who shared that tidbit said that this was especially true of SOME intros
(sorry, I don't remember which ones they mentioned) and mentioned some
crosses (again, I don't remember which ones) that gave close to 100%
very nice offspring, all worth considering keeping.  Sharon's comment
about selecting for dominants out of a very large bunch of seedlings
makes sense.  So if two of their intros have mostly dominant
heterozygous traits and are crossed, the result would be lots of
doggies.  

Sounds like DUSKY CHALLENGER fortunately is NOT in the dog producing
category.  Seems like it was some of the mid-blues...
