Rebloomers

In looking at the most recent Reblooming Iris Recorder, I notice that
none of the award winning irises they note that rebloom are listed as
reblooming in the 'roller-coaster freeze zone of the soggy southeast'
(MS, TN, AL, GA, SC) and that few other than Byers and Zurbrigg intros
listed in last year's Friendship Gardens catalog are listed as
reblooming in those states either.
Are there not many people reporting rebloom in those areas or is it the
same problem with rot that we have with so many bearded irises or do
they not rebloom well in this general region?
Will the new checklist of rebloomers be available in electronic form?
