Steve, the rain is in the southeast and the south central states,
where we have had tons of it in December and early January. Some parts of
Texas and OK are flooded with over seven inches of rain. It was reported
this morning that Nawlins got fifteen inches of rain in forty-eight hours.
Southern and Central MS have been flooded, but where I am located south of
Memphis, we have just had about three inches in the last two days. We
have not had any really cold weather either, and that allowed ARIL REVERIE
to bloom. Now, a stalk of DIME SPOT has shot up over the last week of
warm weather, and if the current forecast holds, this one will be blooming
soon.
