The way the jet stream wobbles around, we always know that when it's
this warm here in January, they are freezing their ears off in Alaska
and when it's unusually cold here, it's often quite a bit warmer than we
are up Alaska way.  But usually that effect doesn't go as far south as
California.  I am sure we will take it back soon!
