It is not raining now but the past couple of days it has been raining but not
as bad as some of my friends locales.....Ohio, Pennsylvania.  

Have you tried Moonflowers?  They are related to the morning glory - they
bloom from aprox 4 in the afternoon to around 10 or 11 in the morning....large
white disc-shaped flowers.  The February 1998 issue of Garden Gate magazine's
main feature is on Moon Gardens.  It is out on bookstands now. I just happen
to subscribe to it and therefore have the copy in front of me.  It is a great
article and I could fax it to you from work if you have that capability.

They do not list any suppliers but there are many common plants that you can
get anywhere.
