RE: Iris for zone 3


The only one I grow that does well is Immortality and it takes a couple
of years to get established.  I highly recommend mulching all non-blue
irises the first year.  It seems to help them get better established.

The Experimental Farm displays a lot of older whites, such as Cup Race.
These do very well with little care.  I will try to dig up a list.
