Carol Lankow, president of SIGNA, has asked me to post this item of
information to the list.
If you join SIGNA now, you should not expect to receive the present seed
exchange list. This year's list was mailed to current (1997) members last
month, and it is not possible to include new (1998) members in this
distribution. Members joining now will be included in the next seed
exchange in December 1998.
