I have no problem with any of the 9 points--to me they fall under the
heading of "good showmanship." If your group is going through all the work
of putting on an iris show, exhibitors should do their best to display the
greatest variety of cultivars in the best condition possible.
The purpose of putting on an iris show (I thought) is to promote iris. I've
never thought of it as a competition. Each stalk deserves to look its best.
