Ginny called attention to the importance of the symposium to the RIS, which
means each of you as individual members. Tim does an excellent job and needs
your cooperation. Ginny put in the names and addresses of each Area Director
in the last RIR so you could send your report to yours - there are many
regions who do not have Rebloom representatives, hence the need for the area
directors. My region (4) in the past had an ourstanding one, but she has
since .moved out of the area (Joan Roberts) Hybridizers as well as gardiners
depend a great deal on these reports, so send them in --- AND even if you do
not belong yet (sispershame on you!) send in any rebloom information you know
about - it and you will be welcomed.

I have been "under the weather" (details are boring now) since Thanksgiving,
so I have not been reading the list and now I'm going to visit a
gtranddaughter and a friend in Florida for a week or so - Everyone thinks that
will renew my energy - with all the work left for me to catch up on here at
home, I'm not so sure! But I'll give it a try. Right now I'm worried about my
JIs that were mulched and are now up 8 to l0" and the TBs are swimming in the
deluges of rain - probably I should be thankful that it is not snow - yet! A
subdued Rosalie in Maryland, looking forward to rejuvenation in Miami with
granddaughter Barbara and her family.
