OT: iris art


Thanks, Art for posting that link to Anastasia's paintings of irises.

BTW--I did an iris portrait in pastels as a gift for the Fort Worth Iris
Society Christmas gift-exchange.  It was of an iris with dark blue
standards, (with a yellow flush at the midribs) red falls, and a black
beard.  Luckily, the lady who ended up with it seemed pleased with it.
I know there are alot of good artists already on the list, and I'm not
claiming to be one of them, I just wanted to share this story.
